Before we begin your project, we'd like to meet with you. We'll discuss your goals and expectations, your existing site and marketing strategies, possible SEO strategies that would help you reach your goals, and budget considerations.
Once we understand your goals, we'll go to work researching your competition, reviewing the current state of your site, and brainstorming. When we determine the level of competition and the changes that need to be made, we'll create a formal report with analyses and recommendations, plus an estimate on the amount time it will take to complete your site's optimization.
We begin site optimization with extensive keyword research to find the best search terms for your project. These keywords are the foundation of search engine optimization, and they will be used in your newly optimized content, navigation, meta information and page titles.
We'll work with you to adapt existing content or develop new content that is easy to read, direct, and rich with your key terms. This process will likely involve reworking the structure of your site to better concentrate subject matter. We may add new pages, rework the inner linking structure, remove unneeded content, or perform a number of other tactics to best optimize your pages for your goals.
We'll also make sure your behind-the-scenes coding and script is validated and optimized for easy search engine crawling.
It's our goal to provide successful optimizations without costly monthly fees, however; periodic attention may be necessary to maintain your ranking. We use an analytics tracking system to watch for trends and measure various factors on your site. By tracking bounce rate, traffic, time spent on site and method of arrival, we can adjust optimization efforts to keep your hard-earned position in search engine results.
